Wire systems into operations, together
We're looking for people who'll dig in together and take ownership — people with ideas, team spirit, and the drive to find a better way.
Our Spirit
Disrupt, don't follow
We don't settle for how things have always been done. When we see a bottleneck in the industry, we redesign it — moving the industry forward with better systems.
The customer's need is the brief
"It can't be done" is not our answer. Whatever the customer truly needs, we find a way to wire it together — breaking even the most complex scenarios into systems that work.
Work smart, not hard
Good systems replace repetitive manual work. We spend our energy designing the right processes and tools, so every ounce of effort is amplified.
How We Work
Flat and direct
Say it straight — no three layers of sign-off, no corporate-speak. A good idea can get picked up the same day; here, even the most junior voice can change a decision.
Fast pace, room to experiment
The pace here is fast and energetic. We encourage trying new approaches and we tolerate mistakes — never bound by existing process.
Cover for each other, team first
There's no "not my job" — when something breaks we carry it together and put the team's result first. And everything you put in is seen, and it counts.
You own it, you'll see it run
A feature, a client, a production line — hand it to you and it's yours. Your work won't sit in a slide deck; it lights up a real warehouse: digits blinking on a pick-to-light wall, parcels sorted on the line, the system behind 50M+ orders.
Who We're Looking For
- —You take problems apart and redesign them, rather than complaining about the status quo
- —You value delivery — getting things actually built and running over talk
- —You're not afraid to cross boundaries: software people learn the hardware and the floor, and vice versa
- —You communicate proactively, take ownership, and drive yourself forward in a flat team
- —You keep learning and take on scenarios you've never done before
